The Groovy Warranty

180 days. Covers what we got wrong.

Every pair of Groovy sunnies comes with a 180-day warranty covering manufacturing defects on hinges and lenses — delamination, coating failure, peeling, bubbling, hinges coming loose or unglued, and optical defects.

If it's our fault, we fix it or replace it. Free. No arguing.

What it doesn't cover: life.

Drops, knocks, scratches from wear, sitting on them, snapped arms from an impact, the dog. That's not a defect — that's a Tuesday. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

But we're also not going to let it end in a bin.

The Groovy Swap

Broke them? Bring them back.

However it happened — dropped, scratched, sat on, lost a fight with a car door — bring the old pair back and get 50% off any new pair. Any model, any time, no questions about how it happened.

One rule: we keep the old pair.

We take it back so it doesn't end up in the ocean it was made to look at. That's the whole point.

One swap per pair. Bring your warranty card if you have it.

Your rights under Australian law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this warranty limits those rights.
