Groovy Sunnies Guarantee

We're all about providing nature-friendly products and unbeatable customer service! That's why we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for all our sunglasses. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of receiving it. Please note that shipping costs are not included.

To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be in the same condition that you received them, with all original packaging and accessories. Just reach out to us at hello@groovysunnies.com or @groovy.sunnies on Instagram and we'll provide you with return instructions.

If your sunglasses are found to have any defects within the first 90 days of use, we'll replace them free of charge (as long as the lenses are scratch-free). Simply contact us and we'll get you set up with a new pair.

And, if you have a pair of broken sunglasses, we have a special Police Swap program. For just $40, you can receive a brand new pair of sunglasses, no matter the cause of the breakage. Just send us your broken sunglasses and we'll send you a brand new pair. Get in touch with us for more details on this program.
